Pricing
For standard broadband/wifi connections we offer fixed price packages, from 299 EUR TTC (incl. tax). We will take care of the entire process - ordering the connection(s), dealing with the provider, and posting you a pre-configured modem which we will talk you through plugging in. Package prices vary depending on the ISP and hardware you opt for or request.
For support issues we charge a pro-rata hourly rate for our time; with minimum intervals of 15 minutes. Most cases are resolved in 1-2 hours and we advise you if we are likely to go over agreed time-limits, ahead of time.
