We have tried & tested multiple call providers to find those with the most reliable services and best call quality. Nevertheless, you do need a reliable internet connection for the best service - something we can also arrange for you.

Typically our clients prefer to make calls from a proper handset so in most cases this is what we recommend as part of the installation. However, all our solutions can also allow you to make calls from your laptop or PC, and even using your mobile handset (if compatible), from anywhere with Internet access for when you are not at your office.

  • Entry-level: For a single user or SOHO (small office / home office) a normal telephone can be plugged in to an adapter, or a VoIP-capable modem which has a phone port, to allow you to make and receive both VoIP and traditional calls. This allows for cheap calls with  limited additional functionality.

  • Small business:  Single office: For a small office with several users there are a variety of devices you can choose from which allow you to share lines with several phones, transfer calls, and divert missed calls to ansaphones. We have chosen the best ones and can configure these for you.

  • Multi-office: For multi-location businesses - remote offices, home-workers, and on-the-road requirements. Here one of our phone-servers (IPBX) can help you save call costs between locations, transfer calls, and more. Typically, you want more from your phone-system such as hunt-groups, and personal voice-mails too. Can support & run medium-large offices.

    - server hardware (from 666 GBP / 999 EUR)
    - IP phone handsets (from 100 GBP / 150 EUR ea.)
    - annual server-only support fee
    - any additional user-support

  • Hosted solutions: If you are happy to be free of your traditional fixed-lines our hosted solutions may be your best option. In this instance we run a phone-server in our farm, greatly reducing support response times as we don't need to come on site to fix any hardware issues which may arise.

    - hosted server & server-only support fee
    - any additional user-support
